A night filled with laughs and fun at the BBQ
Looks like I'm back again and wow time sure does fly we're already 1 quarter of the year in and I've felt that everyone in the dojo has done soo much in the short amount of time.
So when the bi-monthly dojo BBQ was being organised it was the perfect time to celebrate together. As a tradition, we will have beach training before we start the BBQ but it wouldn't be that easy what was in store for us.
The pre-party and strange misfortunes
On the day of the event itself, we had some weird misfortunate circumstances that delayed the beach training, Like how Cindy's car broke down on the way to the dojo. Or like how it was raining on the island.
Thank goodness there was a car shop nearby our dojo.
Onwards to the Beach!
At this point, with one less car in our group we decided to go our own separate ways to the beach due to Sensei, Devia and Cindy wanting to get some food and party supplies from Lotus Supermarket. While Zan, Tshen and I head down to the beach to help the others to set up the BBQ spot.
The sky was dark at the beach but it luckily it didn't show any sign of rain clouds coming in which means the BBQ preparations can continue!
Let the fun begin!
As the BBQ was being prepared we mingled around and talked to our kouhai's and senpais at the dojo. Dojo BBQs are always an opportunity to talk with each other in a casual setting.
The Wrap Up
As we had a lot of fun time flew past us, and before we knew the glow of the sunset turned into a cool dark night. So it was fun while it lasted but alas this is how precious memories are made so see you guys in the next post.
