With a new year upon us it is part of every dojo tradition that we will need to grow
So next year's training will introduce more discipline and the basics of our techniques.
As our Sensei puts it "We're going to practice it till we get bored with the technique".
On behalf of my fellow Mushinkas we all definitely can't wait for our next year's journey.
